A wonderful gift that will last a long time
I got these for my brother as a gift for passing his driver’s permit test and he loves them. They have lasted forever with him and he uses them hourly every day not just daily. These are amazing and well worth the price and make for a great present that will surely brighten up the day of anyone you give them to. They are also very great for working out he loves to use them at the gym to listen to music or watch movies and block out the annoying gym music.

Bought these on a special Cyber Monday deal or something. So perfect. I have Bluetooth over the ear headphones but the mic never picks me up well. I can use these in the car (one of our cars predates Bluetooth compatibility) and have crystal clear conversations with the windows down. I scheduled multiple appointments while walking around IKEA and entertaining a toddler at the same time. And in about ten minutes I’ll be at my apartment’s fitness center watching the Netflix movie White Noise while I put some cardio in on the treadmill. My cardiologist will be happy about that!
Doesn’t fit my ears at all
The size of the earbuds are great, however the shape is so weird that it just doesn’t work. I don’t know why they changed the shape from Gen 2 to Gen 3 but I honestly prefer the previous generation of AirPods. It’s a disappointing product now that the shape does not work for the average human ear. Any bit of shake or wetness and the earbud just falls out. Not worth the money in that regard, go with Gen 2.
Great for athletes
I purchased these for my son who is a trick skier. He says they are the best staying in his ears while doing all his rails and jumps and flips. Highly recommend for athletes or working out.
Uncomfortable
They changed the shape and size of the Gen 1 airpods so they are now uncomfortable and fall out easily. And after only a few months the audio is so quiet I can’t use them in the car at all. No settings to adjust levels.
